Coming from the bus station Novo Rio:
You can take a taxi. Buy your ticket directly in the bus station at a fix price ( 25R$),It takes around 15min. If you arrive during the day, there are buses running from the bus station going south, these are special buses, a bit more expensive but quicker and safer than local buses. It is a fix rate ( 5R$), check with the bus driver it is going through copacabana, and ask him to drop you at the traffic light of Rua Siqueira Campos, then walk up the street 3 min till you get to number 182 , is a green bilding with white windows .
Coming from the airport:
There are buses running all day and nigth until 11 pm , going south. You can also take the taxi the price (is around 50R$).
