Take a taxi or local bus to the bus station, 'rodoviaria' in Portugesese, and take the Real Expresso bus to which runs daily at 23.30 and at 07.00 to Len糩s. Buses take approximately 6 hours and cost R$37.00.

Take the daily (except on Saturday) with Oceanair from Salvador to Len糩s. The flight time is approximately 50 minutes.
There are daily flights with Oceanair (except on weekend) from São Paulo to Lençóis.
Or
Entram run buses daily via Seabra. The journey takes approximately 30 hours and cost R$90.00, times vary.
