The studios are located in a beautiful and large green area in Florianopolis, at Lagoa da Conceição neighborhood. Florianopolis is a gorgeous Atlantic island in the south of Brazil, also known as the Magic Island. There are more than 40 white and soft sand beaches around, among hills of luxurious Atlantic forest and stunning landscaping.

The studios location provide easy access to any point in town, for Lagoa da Conceicao neighborhood is the heart of the island, and also considered the main postcard of Florianopolis. Whether you choose to use public transportation or rent a private vehicle to visit the other parts of the island, our location is an ideal base for you to stay.

Lagoa da Conceicão is a fantastic place to be. Its green hills and sand dunes surrounding its lovely lagoon is the perfect scenario. Some of the most popular beaches are also located in this neighborhood, such as the young and hip Praia Mole. Lagoa also offers its visitors the opportunity to practice many different sports, such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, wakeboarding, trekking, paragliding, sandboarding and boat riding are just a few.
For the trekking lovers, near the studios there is an ecological track that crosses the sand dunes natural park and arrives in the middle of Joaquina beach, ideal for those who wish the scape the crowds. This is only one of the many trails to explore on the island.

The studios are spacious and very private. It is Ideal for a couple, family, or small groups of three or four people. There is double room provided with a very comfortable double bed, a furnished living room, kitchen and bathroom. The studios are also equipped with cable TV and inserted in a lovely garden
In our neighborhood you will find everything you need: shops, bakery, pharmacy, coffeeshop, restaurant, dvd rental store, bus stop, etc. Only 5km away is Lago's town, which will offer you even more such as various boutiques, local craft fair, excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, nightclubs, etc. Lagoa is know for having the best night life of Florianopolis.

We have lived on the island for over 20 years now and we take a lot of pride in it for it's truly an amazing place. It will be our pleasure to help you find the best places of interest to visit, to provide you with maps and information on various activities such boat trips possibilities, leisure options and services in general, all according to your needs and budged. If you stay with us a minimum of five nights, we will offer you airport pick up and drop off (or bus station).
