Residencial Uno can not refund your deposit or booking fee under any circumstance. The balance of your booking is payable upon arrival. Cancellations All cancellations must be informed 24 hours before the arrival date. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, Residencial Uno has the right to charge the first night accommodation. In case of a shorten stay, Residencial Uno will only recognize the deposit you have made on the nights that you have stayed in the hostel. The deposit from the remaining nights is not-refundable and can not be used as discount credit.
