From the visitor information centre walk to Shotover Street and turn left. Walk down Shotover Street and around the bend that takes you onto Beach Street. Beach Street turns into the Esplanade as you walk along the Lake Front. The Hostel is about 5-10 minutes walk along the lake front.
YHA New Zealand is a non-profit membership organisation. Non-members pay an additional NZ$3 per person per night fee upon check-in.
