Only 100 metres from the 'Sizzle' of famous Chapel Street, offering many cafes, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and boutique shopping. Walk to local parks and the splendid Botanic Gardens.

If you feel like a change from all that South Yarra has to offer, the train & tram only 100 metres walk from your front door, can take you to Melbourne's CBD in 10 minutes.

All apartments contain a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, equipped kitchen, meals area and lounge room (with a fold out double bed sofa). Complimentary broadband internet and off street parking is included. A Guest Laundry is located onsite for your convenience.
