Now open to singles and couples aged 18 years and over, AdelaideISA is located between the city and Flinders University, just 50m from Marion Road in an Adelaide 'GO ZONE' (main bus routes with frequent services day and night).

Our facility gives our lodgers a modern, safe, quiet place to live while they work or study in Adelaide.

Prices start from just $27.50 per night! Each single or couple is allocated their own secure, fully-furnished (bed)room complete with private yard - as well as full use of our well-equipped common area facilities (communal kitchen, laundry, toilets, showers, TV room/dining area, communal outdoor entertainment area with BBQ). Accommodation charges include electricity, water usage and TV-room Foxtel.

Singles overnight rate is $40 whilst couple stay for just $55 per night. Lodgers staying longer than 4 weeks are offered discounted rates.

On-site wireless broadband internet (in conjunction with the lodger's own computer or laptop) is available as an optional extra for a small fee.

Conveniently located near a variety of supermarkets, takeaways and pharmacies, we're also within easy reach of both the popular seaside suburb of Glenelg and SA's largest shopping complex Marion Shopping Centre.

As well as all of the other great advantages to living at Adelaide International Student Accommodation, this complex has an on-site manager who is available most working hours, as well as via mobile phone should our lodgers have any queries.

Each lodger is allocated their own (bed)room which is fully carpeted and furnished and even has it's own private yard with outdoor setting and fullsize clothesline!
