At check in, guests must present one of the following: 1. a foreign-issued passport 2. a Canadian driver's license 3. a US passport WITH a current out-of-state government-issued ID (such as a driver's license) or 4. a current-out-of state college ID WITH a current out-of-state government-issued ID. Guests may also be asked to present proof of travel. People under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay in dorm rooms. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone.

Mixed dorms are reserved for mixed sex travelling partners. You can pay for your accommodation with cash, Travellers' Cheque, Visa, Mastercard or debit card (Star, Interlink, Plus, Maestro). You will be required to pay a $10 security deposit per person ($20 per private room.) The deposit must be paid in cash. Reception is open from 7am to 2:00 am Sunday-Thursday and 7 am to 2:30 am Friday and Saturday. Our check out time is 10 am, so it is best to check in after this time. If you have used a debit card to secure your booking you must reconfirm your reservation with us by noon on your day of arrival. If you do not reconfirm and we have no other available beds we will be forced to give your bed away. You may change or cancel your booking up until 6 pm the day prior to your arrival, after that you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to your first night's accommodation. We make every effort to ensure that people travelling together are placed in the same room. However, due to system limitations, there is always a slight chance that parties booking dorm beds will be placed in separate rooms.
