This was a fb place as a group of 17 yr olds adventuring the big New York, we met other friends are age to chat to and had a fab time. The only thing a rat ran under our feet whilst on the internet but didnt have bed bugs or anything! ...

This hostel had so much potential which simply hadn't been fulfilled. The place was grubby, the bathrooms weren't cleaned once in the 3 weeks we were there, the security is less than poor and the staff were not helpful. The only decent thing was the location...

When I arrived to check in (up a ridculous number of stairs from a door poorly signposted on the street) I was harassed by who I assume was the manager because a friend who was meeting me in LA and had no other way to contact me dared have the audacity to come...
