Portbelo is the last stop before you head for Colombia. The town has a bit more than other caribbean coastal towns in Panama. There is an airstrip, there is a harbour and there are a few places to hangout. Don't expect anything fancy though.

You can either walk to Acanti on the Colombian side of the border, or take a boat. It's about 5 miles.
