Anita's is easy to find as it's behind the famous restaurant called Trapiche
You may take a taxi from just about anywhere near Panama City's center for just a dollar. So the first time it's best to come by taxi. Tell the driver; 'Restaurante El Trapiche, Via Argentina'.
Direct him 150m down the lane next to the restaurant . It's a large building named ANITA.
You can see that Anitas Inn is located in the Middle of the city. In fact the city has 2 centers. Firstly the Old Colonial Center , which has many tourists sites, a pedestrian shopping street and markets but is a little rundown.
The other center is the Central Business District CBD an area of high rise banking towers, it has all the tourist facilities. It has a whole street full of travel agents and internet cafes. We are located on the edge of the CBD on a quiet street off Via Argentina - The Paris of Panama with it's sidewalk cafes. You can safely walk around between the bars, restaurants, casinos etc.
If you are coming down Via España by bus, get off at Blockbuster Video, go right up Via Argentina, to Restaurante El Trapiche and take a right down Calle G to Building Anita. The school, Spanish Panama is downstairs and we are upstairs.
