Mith destroyed much of Tegucigalpa and its sister town of Comayaguela provided some of the most striking images surrounding the storm. The city is being rebuilt now, and can be visited again.

If you are sarcastic you might say that Tegucigalpa wasn't very beautiful before Mitch either. This is not quite fair. Although it is not a must see, the town does offer some inresting sightseeing.
