From the San Jose airport get a bus or take a cab to the 'Coca-Cola' bus terminal in downtown San Jose. That's about a 15 min. taxi ride. From there You need to buy a bus ticket to Jaco before You get on the bus (3$). The ride is about 2,5-3 hours long. If You take a cab from the airport the official taxi company will charge You 75$ to get You here. But, You can find taxi drivers that should take You here for less than that if You bargain. When You are in Jaco, tell the taxi driver to drop You off at KFC or Plaza Coral. We are right in Jaco Centro on the main street between the 2 best party places, Funky Monkey Bar and Jungle Bar so You can't miss us! :-)
