- walk up Forest St (tourist office will be on your right), turn right at the traffic lights onto Main Street. Walk along Main Street until you reach the grocery store (500 metres), turn left here into Argyle Street. Trinity Place is the 2nd street on the right and the hostel is right on this corner, (about 10-15 minute walk).
Arriving by bus - bus will drop you at the Colony Hotel opposite the tourist office. Walk up Forest Street to the traffic lights. Turn right onto Main Street, walk along Main Street until you reach the grocery store (500 metres), turn left here into Argyle Street. Trinity Place is the 2nd street on the right and the hostel is right on this corner, (about 10-15 minute walk). Look for the large grey 2 story building on the corner.
Arriving by car:
From Halifax via South Shore on Highway 103 - follow signs to Yarmouth, turn left at the end of the highway. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Starrs Road, follow this to the end and turn left onto Main Street. Continue along Main Street through town centre until you reach Argyle Street (small grocery store at this corner). Turn left at Argyle Street, Trinity Place is the 2nd street on the right and the hostel is right on this corner.
Via Highway 101 (Valley, Digby & ferry from New Brunswick) - follow highway to the end. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Starrs Road, follow this to the end and turn left onto Main Street. Continue along Main Street through town centre until you reach Argyle Street (small grocery store at this corner). Turn left at Argyle Street, Trinity Place is the 2nd street on the right and the hostel is right on this corner.
