The owner lives separatly on the 3rd floor but is accessible for questions etc. Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests before 9am and after 11 pm with minimal noise. please do not use excissive time in the 2 shared baths. The house in non-smoking, and guests should be registered for the safety of all. There is a friendly, affectionate cat on the premises.
