conditions: Once a reservation is confirmed, the Guesthouse imposes the following cancellation penalties: Up to 7 days of scheduled arrival, including bookings made within this period, your deposit will be refunded in full less 15% administration fee. Between 7 & 2 days - of scheduled arrival, including bookings made within this period, will result in loss of 50% deposit. Within 1 day - of scheduled arrival, will result in loss of deposit, and your Credit Card will be charged the balance of monies due. No refund can be given for any unused services, non-arrivals, delayed arrivals or premature departures
