Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations made within 7 days of check-in forfeit the full amount of the booking.
Arrival Policy:
Please indicate arrival time (eg 9:00 for 9 am and 21:00 for 9pm) please take into consideration travel time from airport (about 1 hour).If you are arriving after 8pm, you MUST contact us by email and arrange for late arrival. alternativly call us during the day and talk to us.
Eviction Policy:
We are fair, please respect our property and our guests so we can all enjoy a great time. we want you to have fun, but we will evict you without notice or refund if you misbehave.
New Year Policy:
We will charge you 50% deposit, minimum stay is 10 nights, we do not accept check-ins or check-outs on 30th or 31st of December and 1st or 2nd of january. Full payment is required on arrival date. cancellations are not accepted once deposit is paid.
