Melaleuca is an eco-friendly, owner operated, architecturally designed hostel set on 6 acres of natural bushland. Our boutique style accommodation has been created using wood and glass to maximise light, space and harmony with nature. Just a 5 minute stroll across the road to the fabulous One Mile Beach and national park, it is home to a large variety of native wildlife including koala's.

Accommodation styles include cabins (4 share or double/twin) and our fantastic dorm (max. 6 share). All rooms have a fridge/freezer, fan and heater (in Winter months). We also have camping available - pick your own site in our bush setting and make use of our great facilities. Kombi's/Vans are welcome - we have lovely shaded spaces set aside - please note that sites are not powered. For those that wish to experience the camping experience but have no tent, please contact us regarding our tent hire (Summer months only).

Our purpose built main building is for all guests use. It has a fully equipped double kitchen, with a lounge and dining area and free BBQ's on surrounding decks.

Your friendly hosts can arrange all your activities and tours for you - choose from sandboarding on the magnificent Stockton sand dunes, a surf lesson across at One Mile, dolphin cruises all year around and whale watching from May to November. Do as much or as little as you wish...
