The flat is situated in a beautiful and quiet place, 5 minutes walk from the Park of Victory (Park Pobedy).

Right there is situated a great ice rink, a nighclub. there is a super-market where you can buy anything you need and a cosy cafeteria near the house where the flat is located. Just across the road ( 2 minutes walk) there is a Catholic church. There are banks, cash dispensers.

The apartment itself is very cosy, with all the conveniences. There are two rooms with two single beds, and TV-satelite. There is a computer with internet, and you can cook in the well-equiped kitchen, but if not - our chef granny can make her special dish for you.
