ALL GUESTS from Polland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Latvia, Israel, India, Czech Republic, Russia, China and Japan must know that is NOT ALLOWED to cook inside the rooms nor to wash the cloth & dishes in the bathrooms. If you look for a room with kitchen you should rent an apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lima's, the rooms are very very clean, it is very close to the supermarket, internet, the beach and the city center is not far away, we walked almost everywhere. Mr. Lima was really nice and helped us out where he could. After our first night he gave us a bigger room with a balkony and a sleeping couch. we were able to lock both rooms, the second one even had lockers inside the room. we were allowed to use the refridge to store our stuff for breakfast. On top of the house was a very nice terrace that we used in the evenings for playing cards looking at the sunset. We really recommend Lima's Guesthouse. We'll be back ;)

73%Couple 25-30The guesthouse was renovated so everything was new inside both the room and the
bathroom. The doors could be locked, the water
pressure was fine but while we had 2 bathrooms to serve three rooms. The housekeeper was kind and in general we had a nice stay.

* There are 2 bathrooms.
* All doors have lock. The bathrooms have lock too.
* DOUBLE ROOMS PRIVATE BATH, these are small rooms with private bathroom, have 1 BUNK BED (FOR 2 PEOPLE) all these kind of rooms are provided with towels, SHEETS AND BLANKETS. This room has a private terrace, that is why the room is smaller than the others. IMPORTANT: the bed in this room is not double bed, but BUNK BED.
* The 4 bed shared bathroom has 2 bunk beds for 4 sleeps. ********TOWELS, LINEN, SHEETS AND BLANKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE for this room*********.
* 4 Bed Private Ensuite has 2 bunk beds for 4 people. Towels and sheets are provided.
--SINGLE SHARED & PRIVATE BATHROOM. This ROOM is only FOR ONE PERSON. If you book this room you must know that will have to bring or rent here ********TOWELS, LINEN, SHEETS AND BLANKETS, due ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE*********. This room is only for ONE PERSON if you come with more people will have to pay 20 extra per night.
In this property we don´t have K-i-t-c-h-e-n for common use.
B-r-e-a-k-f-a-s-t is not included in the price

* The total payment must be done in cash when you arrive to the Guesthouse.
* The Internet Service and Laundry are not free.
We reserve the right of making any modification in our conditions without notice, that´s why you should review constantly this site.
IF you want to book a room with kitchen you should ASK FOR THE APARTMENTS.
There is only central heating in the property, not for each room.
Your booking and all the fees/taxes must be paid in CASH (in E+U+R+O+S, not any other currency) once you arrive. It´s not possible to pay day by day.
Our schedule work is from 2pm - 9pm. If you arrive after 9pm you will have to pay 20 for arrivng after schedule work.
We don´t make changes in your booking once you arrive. In the event of cancel one or more days of your staying you will have to cancel the whole reservation and make another one.
If you want to cancel one or more days of your booking before arrive you can do it with 15 days prior of your arrival. Otherwise we cannot make any change in your booking.
