Giulia B&B is situated on the 2nd. floor in a quiet building at only 10 minutes on foot far from the old town and at only 50 mt. far from the beach.

It has two rooms (one quadruple room and one double room) all equipped with tv-color, mini-fridge, ventilator, air conditioning, central heating, wake-up call, sheets, bath-towels and private keys.
There are two bathrooms with shower and bath-tube (only one with bath-tube), to share 'not en-suite'.

From the balcony of breakfast room you can see the wonderful sea of Alghero. The price include a rich breakfast: milk, tea, coffee, orange juice, bread, marmelade, butter, chocolate, croissants, biscuits, yogurt, cereal and fruit.
Near the apartment you can find many restaurants, pizzeria, bar, self-service, an Internet point, a pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, rent-car, petrol station, bus stop.
Alghero-Fertilia's airport is at only 9 km far from the B&B, train station at 2 km.
Tourist info is near the old town. The price includes a rich breakfast, bed linen, bath-towels.

The breakfast is served not later than 10:30 a.m.
The guests have to leave the rooms not later than 11:00 a.m.
Cash-Payment on arrival.
Air-conditioning is not included.

Please note that it is possible to separate the beds in the double and add an extra bed to make the triple a quadruple (extra charge to be paid on arrival in cash: Euro 22.00).
