In the heart of Dublin, Dublin City Bunkhouse is a brand new, beautifully finished hostel, located on Parnell Street just off O'Connell Street and 10 minutes walk from Temple Bar. Our aim is to provide the highest specification in hostel accommodation with particular attention to friendly service, cleanliness and attention to detail.
We have taken a beautiful Georgian building and completely revamped it without losing the fabulous Georgian features, while maintaining the high ceilings and feature windows. All the dormitories are spacious and bright and we have made every effort not to cramp the rooms with too many beds as is often the case in Hostel accommodation. There are reading lights positioned at every bed. FREE WIFI THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING
We have three spacious common areas. Our common room has board games and books galore, comfortable leather sofas and a wide screen TV. Our dining room is great place to relax and enjoy all your meals. A spacious, comfortable reception with food and drink vending machines for your convenience. A comfortable computer area ia also available 24 hours a day . We have a fully equipped kitchen for guest use.
All our beds are bunk beds and designed to maintain the height of cleanliness and comfort in a busy hostel environment. Our linen is delivered daily by a professional linen company with CLEAN WHITE DUVET COVERS, SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES supplied to each guest on arrival.
PLEASE NOTE OUR DOUBLE SINGLE PRIVATE ROOM IS NOT ENSUITE AND HAS A DOUBLE SINGLE BUNK BED IN IT. IT IS NOT SPACIOUS AND FOR THIS REASON WE DO NOT CHARGE THE GOING RATE FOR PRIVATE ROOMS.
