Once inside our doors you will find a professionally decorated secure room with original art, the double bed, made up with high count cotton sheets, and quilts The bathroom is fully renovated with bath tub. Shared only with your host Greg,which is used mostly for laundry as there is another toilet in the house, you will be a guest in his home, tho you may never see him although he is only a door knock away, an American southerner who has been living in Berlin 15 years, is readily available to answer questions and offer you his southern hospitality This room is in the EAST PART OF BERLIN features a television, with DVD, wireless Internet for your laptop, washer & dryer services available for a small fee. and is one block away from the train that circles Berlin or the subway. A breakfast tray with linen, of home made marmalade, fresh, baked rolls, yogurt, muesli and tea or coffee is set outside your door, for you to enjoy at the table in your room or in bed. The neighborhood is the most colorful in all of Berlin, the last of example of the rawness that was once Berlin this room is great for fun seekers or scene people. This flat, because it is in a historical building over 100 years old does have a few charming features for example the bath which is private is located directly outside the flat door, and to get hot water in the shower you must let the water in the sink run at the same time, there is no internet. There are no other guests at this property, so it is great for those who want to be on their own. This neighborhood IN THE WEST is one block from a central train station, walking distance from what remains of the wall, and the hottest night spots in town. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PHONE IMMEDIATELY UPON YOUR ARRIVAL IN THE CITY so that Greg will arrange to met you and show you around the neighborhood.
