Luxuriously decorated apartment in the closest center of Split, located on Klarina street, on the third floor of a threefloor building in a peaceful and quiet street and an elite neighbourhood full of parks and green surfaces.

It is found in less than 5 minutes on foot within the whole turistic and historic center of Split (the main bus station, the railroad station, the ferry port, Diocletian's palace, Riva, etc..)
It is located around 100 meters from the Split's famous hotel Park, and 150 meters from the most famous and popular Split sand beach - Baèvice; which besides the beautifull beach itself offers a touristic complex with bars, coffe bars, disco clubs, restaurants, fitness centers,an aquarium, a movie theater, and a summer stage for concerts and festivals.

The apartment itself is a two-level apartment of around 40 m2 (32 m2 + 8 m2 gallery space), luxuriously decorated with 2+2 beds, a completely equiped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower tub and a bide, a dining room and a living room. It is a unique space, airy, with a line of windows and roof windows built into the celing.

The sleeping gallery with a 2x2 bed for two is also a part of the space, but it also offers a great amount of privacy. The biggest space measure is almost 10 m long.
