We offer economical accommodation geared for budget minded travelers.

St Lawrence Residences is an affordable accommodation located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Air-conditioned Private rooms with shared washrooms and kitchen. Rooms have, single, double, Queen, 2 single beds,one bunk bed, or 2 bunk beds. Two bunk bed room is very conjested but can sleep 4 person. Standard amenities in the rooms are Colour TV, Microwave Oven, and some even have room fridge.

Newly renovated Cozy Studio suites have private washroom, kitchennette single, double, Queen,or 2 single beds. Amenities in the suites are Colour TV, AC, microwave, fridge, double cook-top, pots, pans, dishes. Dining table or love seat or both, depending on room configuration.

Laundry facilities are within the premises. A free telephone is available for local calls in the common area. Linen available $5.00 per night, per person, the package includes; bed sheet, pillow cover, blanket or comforter, a bath towel, and a face towel, as well as a bar of soap.Complimentry Dishes, pots and pans are provided with the understanding that you will wash and dry them and put them back. Major attractions of Toronto like the CN tower, Skydome, Air Canada Centre, financial district, art galleries, Bata shoe Museum, St. James' Cathedral, the beaches and one of Toronto's oldest markets -'The St. Lawrence Market' most places are within walking distanceTTC (public transportation), the harbour front, the major shopping malls, the entertainment and theatre districts are well within the walking distance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*.If your plans change, please give at least 3 days written notice (by E-mail with complete information. No Show, No cancellations are subject to one night charge. No cancellation credit allowed after you have checked in.
13% tax will be added to room charges. Overseas visitor may claim back 5% GST from the Government of Canada.

There is no curfew. On check-in you are given main entrance, and room keys. Late arrivals are requested to be considerate of others, who may be sleeping.

You may use kitchen and appliances, please appreciate facilities provided and turn off when finished using as well as clean them as you use them.

We have limited front desk hours 2:00PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays closed. On request a self check-in is available, if your arrival time is out of front desk hours.
