Overlooking St. Mark's Basin and Venice's characteristic little 'campielli' and 'calli' (Venetian streets), just a few minutes away from St. Mark's Square and the Giardini della Biennale, close to the vaporetti stop for Rialto and the Lido di Venezia.

Minimum stay is 2 nights

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
a)Once that a booking is done the client shall inform Cosy Apartments of his arrival time;

b) normal time of arrival is every day between 03.00 p.m. and 09.00 p.m.;

c) should arrival be planned after 09.00 p.m, the client shall pay a EUR 20 late arrival fee;

d) the apartment must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the last day of rental period, if not otherwise agreed between Cosy Apartments and the client;

e) upon the client's request, we may arrange a private water taxi transfer from the airport directly to the apartment. Rate is EUR 100, one way (up to 4 people) and EUR 120, one way (up to 6 people).
Cancellation Policy:
a) 72 Hours before arrival or you will be charged the amount of the first night of stay.

b) Payment upon arrival only in cash

c) Please if you can have with you copy of you ID in order to facilitate the check in.
