Accurate time of arrival is very important.
Our regular check in time is from 10 am to 12.30 pm. and from 3 pm to 6.30 pm
If you are arriving earlier than 10 am or later than 6.30pm, no problem! Just simply email us to arrange our staff.

Cancellation and Changes Policy:48 hours(two days) before your arrival date

The BackpackersFlorence Hostel must receive written notice two days before your arrival date for any cancellations or changes in your reservation or your credit card will be charged in the amount of the first night's stay. For example, if you are reserved for the 20th of the month we require notification of cancellation or changes by the end of the 18th of the month.
Changes include amendments in your date of arrival, number of nights or number of people in your reservation. We will not alter our policy due to transport strikes, delays due to weather, health problems, or any circumstances outside of your or our control.
