Our quiet Guest House is very family friendly property that provides comfortable accommodation.
You can choose to stay in a twin, single or double room.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower facilities.

Check in time start form 11;30 and check out finish at 11.00.
Our reception working from 9.30 - 21.30.
But there is someone 24h!!
If You would like to check in after 21.30 please let us know the exactly time of arrival and leave your workng mobile phone number, please!!

- there is a frequent bus service (Bus 123)available every 5 to 8 minutes to the city centre just front of Guest House.
- 15min drive to Dublin airport,
- few minutes walk to Croke Park.

We do not provide breakfast but You can use our kitchen and breakfastroom!! Or You can send us notice of YOur breakfast request.(not included in price)

Property is strictly non smoking, but we have back garden where you can smoke.
