We are Singapore's best kept secret! A cozy boutique homestay with just 6 private designer rooms, indulge and pamper yourself while traveling on a shoestring! Every piece of furnishing was lovingly put together by us to ensure you a comfortable stay in a groovy environment.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have free access to internet broadband, comes with your own private television set, designer linen, fluffy pillows... the list goes on.
The shared designer bathrooms are always kept sparkling clean. Come and experience our powerful showers which falls like warm tropical rain on you, rejuvenating your tired muscles! We have a 100l water heater tank (we have seen 20l-30l ones in alot of other 100-bed hostels), so you never need to worry about running out of hot water!
Located right beside Kovan MRT station, you are merely minutes away from town and places of interest such as Chinatown, Little India, Orchard Road or even Sentosa!
Right at our doorstep are numerous famous local eateries, as well as supermarkets, resturants and a large variety of shops. Eat your heart out in the food paradise of Singapore right here!

Additional notes:
1) As we strive to keep One Florence Close restful for guests, we do not accept children under the age of 10 years old.
2) Our check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is at 12pm. For early check-in or late check-out please email to enquire in advance, as it is subject to availability. However, all guests are always welcomed to leave your luggage with us free of charge should you arrive early or have a late flight!

Our huge private family room sleeps up to 8 persons, but we can reserve the whole room privately for you from just 4 persons onwards. Email us to book!
Cancellation policy:
Inform us as early as possible, if there are any changes in your arrival date or cancellation of your booking. Amendments to your check-in/check-out dates should reach us 3 whole days (from midnight Singapore time) to your check-in date, which excludes the day of cancellation and day of check-in. Amendments or cancellations made later than this stated notice period will be subject to a charge of 1 night's stay.
**F1 night race: Please note that a 100% room fee will be imposed on all room cancellations for reservations within the Singapore Grand Prix Season 22 - 30 Sep 2008.
**Year-End Festive Season (19 Dec 2008 - 7 Jan 2009 inclusive): Amendments to your check-in/check-out dates should reach us 7 whole days, by midnight Singapore time, prior to your check-in date (date of cancellation notice and date of arrival are excluded).
Amendments or cancellations made later than this stated notice period will be subject to a charge of 1 night's stay.
