  • What facilities are available at hostels?

You will need to check the more detail pages for each specific hostel as facilities differ from hostel to hostel and from country to country. Most hostels have self-catering facilities and almost all have lockers for safe-keeping of valuables. Some have bars, and depending on where you go some even have swimming pools and saunas! Almost all hostels provide internet access and international telephones so you can stay in touch no matter where you are.

I stayed at a hostel booked through Youth-Hostels-in.com and I have a complaint
