Barajas Airport: Take metro line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios and change to line 10 and get off in Tribunal metro station.

Atocha Train Station: Take metro line 1 and get off in Tribunal metro station.

Chamartin Train Station: Take metro line 10 and get off in Tribunal metro station.
When you see Banco Santander in a corner, turn 1st street right (Calle San Vincente Ferrer), then turn 1st street left (Corredera de San Pablo) and 1st street right again (Calle Espiritu Santo).
We are between a fish shop and a grocery store, which has the same number as ours. (Number 18)
