Granada Bed and Breakfast Homestay is a real Bed & Breakfast where you actually live with your host, truly enjoying Spanish hospitality and being always helped by his knowledge of the place and his experience, without the plastic feelings visitors get from most cities when staying in hotels. We are very proud to host one of the few sites available in Internet providing authentic bed and breakfast and homestay accommodation in Granada, and the only one right in the centre.

All of our 4 rooms are private -no dormitories- two of them have en-suite bathroom, while the other two share one bathroom which is just outside the rooms. The en-suite double room has two big double beds and so does the double room with shared bathroom. This means our double rooms will please couples who want to sleep together as well as friends who are looking for separate beds.

All the rooms are very quiet as they don't face the main avenue but a much less busy back street. They all are well ventilated, with big windows. All the bathrooms also have their own window.

The view from the Social Room is just astonishing. You can admire the oldest Arab walls in Granada ad the old Arab neighborhood (Albayzin) and across the street the beautiful gardens and fountains of Triunfo which look gorgeous at night when they lit them.

Our prices include a hearty self-service breakfast, with tea, coffee or chocolate, bread, butter and jam, biscuits, yogurt, fruit juice and cereals. Besides you can help yourself, anytime during the day, to a free cup of tea or coffee.

We don't serve meals and eating and/or preparing meals is not allowed either.

We are conveniently located in a very safe area, in the most beautiful district of Granada, opposite the University gardens of Triunfo. Our place is close to, and within walking distance of the most important sites. Anything of tourist interest, from the Alhambra to the Albaicin, from the Cathedral to Garcia Lorca's house, is just a short walk away.

Granada B&B Homestay is also connected by direct buses with each and every part of Granada, including the Airport, the Bus Station and the Conference Centre, while the Railway station is just a 10 minute walk from here.

Please inform of your arrival time as soon as you can (the sooner the better) and always before your arrival date to make sure we will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Remember this place is a family run B&B and there is not a 24 hour reception service.
