Our small apt. was damp because it was located in the cellar. Otherwise it was OK. The big problem was all the noise coming from the other apartments. Unfortunately, the apartments are not exactly soundproof... The result: No sleep for us.
People around us was partying ALL night, every night, and the management did nothing about it. So I guess you could say this is the place for you if you don't plan on doing any sleeping whilst in Barcelona :-}
