We really enjoyed our stay at Lima's, the rooms are very very clean, it is very close to the supermarket, internet, the beach and the city center is not far away, we walked almost everywhere. Mr. Lima was really nice and helped us out where he could. After our first night he gave us a bigger room with a balkony and a sleeping couch. we were able to lock both rooms, the second one even had lockers inside the room. we were allowed to use the refridge to store our stuff for breakfast. On top of the house was a very nice terrace that we used in the evenings for playing cards looking at the sunset. We really recommend Lima's Guesthouse. We'll be back ;)

73%Couple 25-30The guesthouse was renovated so everything was new inside both the room and the
bathroom. The doors could be locked, the water
pressure was fine but while we had 2 bathrooms to serve three rooms. The housekeeper was kind and in general we had a nice stay.

In this property we don´t have K-i-t-c-h-e-n for common use.

There is only central heating in the property, not for each room.
Your booking and all the fees/taxes must be paid in CASH (in E+U+R+O+S, not any other currency) once you arrive. It´s not possible to pay day by day.
Our schedule work is from 2pm - 9pm. If you arrive after 9pm you will have to pay 20 for arrivng after schedule work.
We don´t make changes in your booking once you arrive. In the event of cancel one or more days of your staying you will have to cancel the whole reservation and make another one.
If you want to cancel one or more days of your booking before arrive you can do it with 15 days prior of your arrival. Otherwise we cannot make any change in your booking.

Remember to turn them off. * The 4 bed room / triple room / single room have bunk beds to sleep and the towels, sheets and blankets are not included in the price. * Do not throw away the waste through the windows neither spilled the water over the balconies. * To keep the rooms and beds in good conditions. It is not allowed to smoke nor to drink liquor inside. If you want to smoke you can go to the terrace and deposit the waste in the trash can. * We do not make changes in your booking once you arrive. In the event of cancel one or more days of your staying you will have to cancel the whole reservation and make another one, but you will have to pay one day of your previous booking. It is not allowed that you cancel your booking and stay only 1 night, neither that you want to cancel one or more days of your booking the same day you arrive. * If you want to cancel one or more days of your booking before arrive you can do it with 15 days prior of your arrival. Otherwise we cannot make any change in your booking. * In the event of making a reservation with a credit card that will expire before you arrive you will have to provide us another credit card or pay in advance before coming to the property. Otherwise we reserve the right of cancel your reservation if we do not have any agreement of the payment method with you. * If you are renting the 4Bed Private Ensuite you must pay a fee of 65 for the cleaning service. If you rent the apartment must pay 65 for the cleaning service. In case of damage the flat, furniture, electric appliances you must pay all the damages. We provide sheets, linen, blankets and towels ONLY for the double room and 4 BED PRIVATE ENSUITE. People sleeping in OTHER ROOMS MUST PAY FOR THEM. The price for the 4Bed Private Ensuite is only for 4 people more than 4 sleeps must pay additional for each person. * 4 Bed Private Ensuite has 2 double beds. Towels and sheets are provided. YOU MUST PAY ALL THE DAMAGES. * ALL CANCELLATIONS must be done 10 days before arriving. *Any damage you make because of not respecting these rules you will have to pay for them. For example if the liquor, wine, beer is spilled in the bed and make a spot in the sheets or blankets you will have to pay for them. Also if you fire the sheet with the cigar you will have to cover all damages. * If you pay with credit card we will charge you 16% extra, this is for commissions and taxes. * The Check-in is at 14 and the check-out is at 10 am. If you leave after that time you will be charged with 20. SERVICES: * The internet service is not free. One hour costs 1,5 * The price of the Wi-Fi is depending of the days of your staying. * Renting bikes for one day 10. * Laundry 9,5 per load If you want to leave your bags after check-out you will have to pay 10 euros to keep safe your bags. If you do not follow THESE rules your booking will be cancelled or even if you take some other people, who are not registered in your booking to sleep we will cancel your booking. Visits to the rooms or to the Guesthouse are not allowed. It is not allowed to invite friends who are not registered in the booking to stay with you in the same room. In the event that the guests are bringing more people to stay in the same room or invite other people to the Guesthouse they will have to pay 25 per each person. We reserve the right of admission, in case of damage to the property, or drunk people, people with bad behaviour inside the Guesthouse, noisy people or guests who cause many problems.
