This is one of the most exciting locations in Barcelona, with balconies with excellent views over Las Ramblas (the elevator will be finished soon).
By the Colombus statue, the seaside, the amazing Boqueria Market (the bigest in town), the Liceu Opera Theater and Plaza Reial.
Also one minute walk from the Gothic Cathedral and cloister, and the Gothic quarter, and infront of Palau Guell, the spectacular palace built by the famous catalan architect Antoni GaudÃ.
The apartment has high ceilings with amazing wooden bins since it was built in 1900, and has just been decorated with very tasteful furniture. The living room is wide and confortable, with a dinning table where to eat with the friends or family.
The kitchen is full equipped. The apartment has all modern conveniences including central heating, washer and dryer. Most of double bedrooms are with a balcony where to sit and take a coffee. All the windows have been recently renovated with double glazzing for good isolation against noice and heat or cold from the street.
7% VAT tax, cleaning, bed linen and a set of two towels per person upon arrival are also included in the price.
There is free internet access on all rooms if you bring your own lab top with Wi Fi connection 24 hours.
'Double Bed Private' is a comfortable room that is newly renovated with one kingsize double bed, a private balcony with excellent views, a small living area and a private closet, and access to shared facilities, such as kitchen, livingroom and two bathrooms.'2 Bed Private' is another room with twins beds and two private amazing balconies towards Las Ramblas. '3 Bed Private Ensuite' is a private apartment located in the same property on Las Ramblas. The apartment has a room for two people with one kings size double bed, a private kitchen that is fully equiped, private livingroom, one private bathroom and some of the apartments are with private terrace with views to las Ramblas. It is possible to allocate two other guests in the livingroom if requested in advance. This apartment can allocate from one to four guests. The private apartment rate is with everything included (VAT 7%, bed linen, towels, cleaning).'Single room' is a room with one double bed for single use.

conditions: Please, contact us by email, text message to +34695097612 or telephone before your check-in day to inform about your arrival time and name of the airport. We also need your mobile number to contact you in case there is any delay on your arrival so that we can contact you sending a free text message. The earliest you can check in is 10.00 am and the latest you can check in is at 2.30 am. There is an extra fee of 15 euros for late night arrivals after 23.00 to the apartment. Cancellations must be advised at least 72 hours prior the arrival. Otherwise a 'No Show fee' will be charged to the credit card. The No Show Charge is the first night stay. We accept to pay by credit or debit card with an charge of 2% commission. American Express are also accepted with a charge of 5% commission. We can provide an extra set of two towels during your stay with a charge of 20 EUR. Laundry service is also available at the rate of 20 EUR for each 5 kg of washing. Note: 2 nights minimum stay.
