Apartment Conditions:NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY from 9 am to 21 pm and on SUNDAYS from 10am to 5pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)FREE CHECK IN:12 pm to 21 pmLATE CHECK IN CHARGES: 25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: We rent the studio for 2 people. It can have a total of 4 people. EACH addition guest must pay 20 euros per night + one time 10 euros additional fee added to cleaning fee.) Please contact us to notify us of extra guest so we can prepair the apartment for them with bed linens and towels.
NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)CASH ON ARRIVAL:(The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)48 HRS.
