Our Aparthotel is respectful with the environment, because most of the materials used for the construction are biologic (healthy construction materials, paints, thermal comfort, heating, refrigeration and isolation acoustic comfort, colour harmony and decoration (light and colour), electric installation and air quality, marble floors, wood). This rebounds positively in the health of the human being, according to geo-biologic studies and converts it into an ideal place to rest or repose.
It disposes of a solar energy collector installation for the heating of the sanitary water. It also acts as a deposit for rain waters for the watering of the plants.
The building has 24 apartments distributed on the ground, first and second floors. Each apartment has double bedroom with two beds with natural latex mattresses, wooden slab bedspring sand 100% cotton sheets.
The apartments also have living rooms with sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom, heating and air conditioning, TV, telephone and safes.
