Residencial Solar has been opened since the middle 80's, located in a quiet area, 5 minutes from city center and 15 minutes from the nearest beach (walking distances). It is also near the bus station at 50 meters and the train station at 200 meters.Check In After 14,00 h.
Check Out until 12,00 h.

We are always evolving to serve our guests the best we can. We are open all year, 24 hours a day. Our guesthouse has 29 rooms and an elevator.

All rooms have private bathroom, telephone, cable tv and air conditioning. Our rates include breakfast, served at the breakfast room.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IN OUR PENSION:

Our rooms are with 1 double bed ( 1 or 2 persons), 2 single beds ( 2 persons) and 1 double bed and 1 single bed ( 3 persons).
Please during the month of July / August / September make your reservation with at least 4 days before arrival and send us an email requesting what kind of room you need. If possible, we try to give you the room you need, and in case 3 persons who want 3 beds, we can provide an extra bed if it is possible, with no extra cost for the client, if requested in advance.

In low season we try to offer some specials, check it out some time. Hope you like it...

IF A CLIENT DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY AND IT BREAKS OR IS LOST, WE WILL CHARGE € 30,00. - Please, our rooms are ONLY for our guests. Don't invite any strange person to your room, if requested at the reception we can provide the breakfast room, except during breakfast time from 8.00AM to 10.30AM, for any visit you want to invite. IF A GUEST INVITE SOMEONE TO THE ROOM, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS AND WE WILL CHARGE THE ROOM AN EXTRA € 50,00 FOR EACH STRANGE PERSON WHO STAYS IN OUR PENSION WITHOUT PERMISION. - Please, remember you are NOT our only guest, so don't behave in way to disturb our other guests. After 11,00PM don't make lowd noises or anything that may disturb the person in the room next to yours. IF THAT HAPPENS AND SOMEONE CHECKS OUT BECAUSE OF IT, WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE REMAINING DAYS THAT CLIENT HAVE BOOKED. - PLEASE, if you have been ask to leave our pension because of disturbing behaviour, DON'T MAKE ANY RESERVATION TO OUR PENSION AGAIN, EVEN UNDER OTHER PERSON'S NAME. WE WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. - Thank you for understanding.
