If you are coming from Schipol airport, you can take a train to Amsterdam Centraal Station, then walk down the main road (the Damrak), turn left when you have passed the canal and once you are on Warmoesstraat turn right and look for number 117. The whole walk from the Central Station won't be longer than 5-7 minutes.
