Prices do not include the 5% city tax and cancellation must occur 72 hours before the check-in date.
The deposit is paid online through Hostelworld and the balance is paid on arrival. We accept cash payment only on arrival.
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the full amount for the whole duration of your stay.
In case of a No-show, your credit card is charged for the 1st night of your stay, the rest of that booking will be cancelled.

Amsterdam Hostel Cosmos is a small friendly hostel located in the city centre of Amsterdam. It's close to Central Station and to all major tourist attractions, the world-famous Dam Square, Red light district, Anne Frank House, Rembrandsplein.
Amsterdam Hostel Cosmos has no lock out or curfew, so you can hang out and enjoy Amsterdam in your own time.
The friendly atmosphere and generous hospitality have drawn guests back to our hostel over and over again.
Our hostel is also the permanent residence of Simba, the house cat. Any guest who may be allergic to cats should be mindful of this before booking their stay with us here at Amsterdam Hostel Cosmos .
To preserve and maintain our laid-back & smooth atmosphere we do not allow: Persons under 18 years of age or above 35, pets, any bookings of stag nights, hen nights or sport tours, soccer fans for (inter)national matches and large groups of males ( 6 persons or more). Read the above carefully because in the event of a false booking, there will be no check in nor will there be a refund.
All the rooms have central heating and a wash basin. All the rooms also have TV access.
We also offer a wake up service if required.
Our staff consist of young, dynamic and friendly people.

The Cosmos Hotel request that all customers confirm their booking one day in advance of arrival. If you are more than one hour late with out advising the hostel it will be presummed that you are not arriving. Please note that you must cancel with at least 72 hours notice. However, because of the nature of our business, we may have to place you in a different sized dormitory. After making the reservation you will receive an e-mail with your booking details and confirmation number. Make sure you bring this confirmation with you to the hostel . Otherwise reservation confusion will be at your own responsibility. If you do not receive this confirmation from us you do not have a booking!
