Rozengracht Studio's are ideally situated in the heart of Amsterdam, only 10 minutes walk from the Central Train Station and Dam Square.
The building is facing the world famous Anna Frankhouse.
We have an age restriction, only 18 to 45 year olds permitted
We do not accept group bookings of 6 people or more
The building has just been totally renovated to high standards.
All the studios have wooden floors, kitchen with hot plate and microwave oven, TV, DVD .
The attractive bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Everything's brand new!
The location is super. The Studio is situated on easy walking distance from the Dam Square and Central Station.
From the studios you can stroll down to all the nice restaurants and bars.

Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the full amount for the whole duration of your stay. All nights of accommodation must be paid for on arrival or no later than 21:00 hrs. the day before. Rozengracht apartment request that all customers confirm their booking one day in advance of arrival. If you are more than one hour late with out advising the hostel it will be presummed that you are not arriving. Please note that you must cancel with at least 72 hours notice. In case of a No-show, your credit card is charged for the 1st night of your stay, the rest of that booking will be canceled. To preserve and maintain our laid-back & smooth atmosphere we do not allow: Persons under 18 years of age or above 45, pets, any bookings of stag nights, hen nights or sport tours, soccer fans for (inter)national matches and large groups of males ( 6 persons or more). Read the above carefully because in the event of a false booking, there will be no check in nor will there be a refund. After making the reservation you will receive an e-mail with your booking details and confirmation number. Make sure you bring this confirmation with you to the hostel . Otherwise reservation confusion will be at your own responsibility. If you do not receive this confirmation from us you do not have a booking!
