The guest has to comunicate the arrival time at least a day before the beginning of the location, and, however, should be fixed from 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.In the case that the arrival time will be fixed after 07:00 p.m. max 11:00 p.m., the Guest will have to pay an extra charge of 25,00 euro. Arrival different arrival time, the confirmation will be communicate to the Guest in agreement with the Owner (after 11 pm extra charge 50,00 euro). Departure time will be included from 08:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

From Piazzale Roma or from 'Santa Lucia' Railway station:Take waterbus A.C.T.V. N. 1 or 82 direction Rialto and go down to Rialto stopFrom Tronchetto parking: Take waterbus A.C.T.V. N. 82 direction Rialto and go down to Rialto stop.From M. Polo Venice Airport: Take bus A.C.T.V. N. 5 for Piazzale Roma and after take waterbus A.C.T.V. N.1 or 82 direction Rialto and go down to Rialto stop. From M. Polo Venice Airport take waterbus Alilaguna to San San Marco stop.
From RIALTO (5 mn), go to right for around 100/150 meters, go to left on 'Calle Del Carbon' for around 100 mt., reached the 'Campo San Luca' to take 'Calle Dei Fuseri' turn to right near Spizzico-bar and go right for around 50 mt. and cross the bridge. Continue right, when you read 'FREZZARIA' to turn at left, to continue right for around 50 meters and when you arrived to 'Sotoportego Del Spiron D'oro' to turn to right and go right to farmacy, in front you read 'Sotoportego e Corte Della Polvere': You are already arrived! YOU WILL FIND HERE TO ATTEND YOU OUR APPOINTMENT THAT YOU HAD PREVIOUSLY CALLED.
From Water-Bus Stop 'SAN MARCO' (2 mn), when you arrived Water-Bus Stop, to turn to right 'Calle Vallaresso' for around 50 mt. turno to left little meters and turn to right for 'Frezzeria' and go right to farmacy, in front you read 'Sotoportego e Corte Della Polvere': You are already arrived!
