In the center of Rome, in one of the quietest and fascinating areas of the Eternal City.
T he Gianicolo is five minutes from Trastevere and ten from St.Peters; the area is surrounded by the green villa Pamphili, one of the biggest parks in Rome. Near the b&b is the famous 'Fontanone', the beautiful fountain of the Gianicolo.
The view is spectacular. Further on there is Piazzale Garibaldi,where you can admire the whole of Rome.
Then there is St.Peters, Corso Vittorio Emanuele and you reach the heart of the city.
From Fiumicino Airport:
You can take the train to Trastevere Station.
From here take the 871 bus and get off at the Via Carini stop.
Go to the traffic lights and turn right, then second left and at the end of the descending road called 'Via Ulisse Seni' you will find yourself infront of n. 14 of Viale Trenta Aprile.
From Termini Station:
Take bus n. 75 and get off at the Via Calandrelli Stop.
Walk up the road and turn right on Via Ulisse Seni. At the end of the discending road you will find yourself infront of n.14 of Viale Trenta Aprile.
