Within the apartment, the spacious and peaceful rooms have all the standard comforts including towels and bed linen, and may, upon early booking have the use of a private bathroom. During winter months the heating system in each room keeps the temperature constant 24hrs.

Upon availability an application form will be sent that must be filled in, signed and sent back for confirmation. Cancellation on behalf of Guest: Cancellation fees will be applicable at the following rates: More than 30 days notice: no charge 29 to 15 days notice: 50% charge of the reservation cost. 14 to 1 day notice: 100% charge of the reservation cost. Such charges will be made through credit card transactions. Cancellation on behalf of B&B: Should the B&B be forced to cancel the reservation, it is our responability to give adequate notice and offer an alternative reservation at a similar accomodation. A Better Stay B&B is not responsible for cancellations caused by natural catastrophies such as flooding, fire, war etc. Prices: All prices include breakfast, towels, bed linen, shared use of a bathroom, taxes, and are referred to one room per night.
