Bixio is a comfortable and spacious apartment located in the city center few metres walking from Termini railway station and in walking distance from the most important historic sites such us Colosseum Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano.
This apartment is the right location for people who want to visit Rome staying in the city center with a reasonable rates without renouncing comfortable and spacious accomodation. Located on the second floor of an ancient building with elevator is it composed of three twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kichen completely furnished. One of the rooms has a balcony with view on the main street.
The apartment can cater up to 6 persons in three twin bedrooms.
Rates are for 4 persons the extra beds available with an extra fee 15 euro each one.

conditions: Apartment Bixio don't have a reception so please take note that we are able to welcome you only if you advice about your arrival time. In this way you can collect quickly your key and enjoy immediately visiting Rome. We provide linen and towels. Change are weekly if stay more than a week or with an extra charge more frequently. We require a guarantee deposit 100 euro at the check in that will be refunded in full at the departure provided everything is in order. Check in is it possible from 15 pm to 21 pm for a late check in there is an additional fee 20 euro. Check out is until 10 am
