For the Tuscan holiday of your dreams! Nestling among the gentle hills of Tuscany and within easy reach of the dreamy cities of Pisa and Lucca (4Km), our villa offers everything lovers of Italy could wish for. Breathtaking views over vineyards and medieval monasteries, within easy reach of the sea and exquisite food in the local restaurants.

The villa:
We have four spacious bedrooms with en suite bathroom and satellite TV. It is possible to add a single bed for EUR 25 per night in 3 of our rooms. Breakfast and snacks can be taken amidst the beautiful trees and roses in our cool, fragrant garden. We will be happy to serve you a variety of local specialities including a wide choice of cheeses and salamis, home-grown fruit and vegetables as well as tarts, pies, and home-made bread.

Facilities:
Our villa is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Tuscan countryside, either on foot, on horseback or by bicycle (available for rent). We will be glad to organise bike excursions on request. Sites of interest include ancient churches, Renaissance villas and typical Tuscan farmhouses, where you can taste the local wines, home-pressed olive oil and other delicious typical food of the region. The villa has a large terrace with magnificent views (swimming pool, deck-chairs, sunshades and barbecue provided )

In the converted loft of our villa there is a large open fire-place and in the evenings you can enjoy a choice of films shown on maxi-screen. In the summer you can of course view the films al fresco.
