Don't be afraid that you have to walk all the way back from the center to us : we are 15 minutes from the Duomo, 20 from the Uffizi Gallery and just 8 hours from TORONTO!!! If you are lazy the bus 25 leads you to ring our doorbell.

The staff will be welcoming you and will help you wherever they can. And if they can't help you, they will look it up for you.
All you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the comfort with a welcoming drink.
To assure you will not get lost in Florence, we provide a free map at the check in and give you some tips of what to visit and how to get there..

Are you on a budget??? No worries, we'll feed you!!!!!!!!!!!
If you are tired and don't feel like going out, eat with us!! A home made dinner is waiting for you ( hey, i am not your mom !!!!! but, if you are vegetarian let me know, maybe we'll cook together )

In the morning, don't worry about breakfast. We provide a continental breakfast including bread, croissants, jam, eggs, tea coffee and juice. And for the people with a hangover, we can serve a gin-tonic to start the day a bit better.

In the night you can enjoy our ' PIANOMAN FEDERICO' ( if you are lucky!!)
