Nino and Franco are fantastic!! Great location and good people. Don't forget that you have to pay 5 euro extra a night though!! Worth staying here.....

conditions: In the event of a cancellation the booking fee and deposit are non-refundable. The no-show charge is the total of the first night's accommodation cost and will be charged to your credit card if you do not notify the property in time.We are a very quiet, clean and small property with a friendly atmosphere. Our lock-out time is from 11:00am-3:00pm for cleaning. If you schedule your arrival prior to 11:00am, your room will not be ready until after 3:00pm, however, you may leave your baggage until your room is ready. While there is no curfew, we do observe a quiet period between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Noise will not be tolerated. If you'd like to party, there is an irish pub downstairs where you can socialize and be loud. Cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged for the first night in addition to your deposit and booking fee. A very nice hostel, in the best location in Florence. Very clean and very nice staff. Toilets very clean, and a nice atmosphere. Staff is constantly trying to help you. I think is your best option to stay in Florence. Linen not incl.
