conditions: 1-a)The standard cancellations policy is 48 hours. For non-arrivals and late cancellations after this period a one - night cl may be applied. 1-b) The deposit has been taken for hostelworld commission-the balance is payable on arrival. 1-c) If we are unable to accommodate customer then we should make alternative arrangements in another Property or B&B nearby and of an equal standard. If the customer don't accept we must refund the deposit. 4)The towels are for your intimate use only (not for the beach, etc). On the contrary you will be debited the cost by invoice. 5)It is severely forbidden to entertain other guests or friends without the previous authorization of the direction. 7) For the use of the common kitchen, 100 euro will be requested upon arrival as a deposit to be returned at departure. The kitchen at the guests' departure must be clean, in the same conditions as it was found. 8)the day of the departure the room must be left by 10,00 in the morning. The baggages can be held in our storage. we will charge you another night if you leave later than 10,00am. 11)No smoking in the bedrooms, only outside. 12)If you damage any of the B&B equipments .you will be charged for the repair/replacement. 13)We do not tollerate any kind of abuse to our staff or other guests . 14) minibus transfer FROM/TO THE AIRPORT. 15)sheets and towels cost € 5,00 per person
