Both the apartments are non smoking only.
The building, consisting of only the two apartments, faces Piazza Sventramento, a square at the corner between Via Carlo Alberto and Via Gilbert Ferret.
Restoration was completed in June 2007, keeping the rustic charm of the wooden beams sealings, mixing it with all the modern conveniences.
The building is on two floors: Studio Minorca (3 beds) is at first floor and Casa Maiorca (4 beds plus a double sofa bed) is at the second and top floor.
CASA MAIORCA DESCRIPTION
Sleeps 4-6. Totally renovated in June 2007, 75 sq. m.
Keeping the rustic charm of wooden beams sealings and ceramic and wooden floors, it's composed on two levels: an elegant, light, open-plan living and dining area (20 m2), which faces one of the little squares of Via Carlo Alberto, television and DVD player, with a large comfortable double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (gas-stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle) and bathroom w/ shower. In the loft: one double bedroom with small terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower made with pebbles; mezzanine (open space) with two twin beds which can easily be fitted together for a second double bed. Air conditioning/heat pump.
STUDIO MINORCA

Uniquely private 1 bedroom apartment of 39 m2 located at first floor, ideal for 2 people (although it can accommodate 3).Totally renovated in 2007, wooden beams sealings and ceramic floors, it's composed of a spacious bedroom (20 sq meters) with comfortable double bed and a single bed (or 3 single beds, if needed). TV and DVD player. The room has a window on one of the little squares of Via Carlo Alberto.
The kitchen - dining area, with capacity for up to 4 people, is fully equipped with modern conveniences: gas-stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge; washing-machine, iron and iron board. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
Facilities included: bed linen, duvets, a set of 3 towels per person, beach towels, air conditioning/heat pumps (at reasonable usage), electricity, gas, water. Hair-dryer, iron and iron board at your disposal.
The use of the sofa bed (in casa Maiorca) will carry a supplement of 20,00 euro per day.
If renting for a week or more the 40 EUR final cleaning fee is included in the price. The kitchen area is excluded from the cleaning, being it your responsibility.
Due balance and final cleaning fee must be paid upon arrival in cash.
For each apartment there is a Damage Sureties Deposit (caution money) of 200 EUR to be settled in cash locally, refundable at check-out, assuming no damage or misuse to the apartment has occurred.
The apartaments are available from 16.30 on arrival day and until 12.00 on departure day.
Seafront is just 1 minute walking away and you take only 5 minutes walking to get to the harbour and to the old bastions. At only five-minutes walking distance there's a rich produce market and just 10 min near by are the long, white-sand and enchanting beaches and the turquoise sea water.
There is a public toll parking available 2 minute walking from the apartment.
